  • First and last name, business name, or brand names;
  • Payment details (which may be collected by a third party)
  • Personal and business address, internet protocol addresses, email addresses, and telephone numbers;
  • Unique sign-in name (“Sign-In Name”), password (“Password”), and certain additional information that will assist in authenticating your identity when you log-in in the future (“Unique Identifiers”);
  • The amount of time during which you have had an account with us;
  • and Browsing time, cookie information, website history, and social media account identifier.

Collecting Personal Information of Children

We do not knowingly collect, process, or store the personal information of children under the age of thirteen. Will use commercially reasonable efforts to delete such personal information if collected, processed, or stored in error.

When We Collect Your Personal Information

We collect your personal information when you:

  • Interact with us using one of our websites before and after becoming a customer or end user;
  • Create or edit an account with us;
  • Ask us to provide our products or services to you, and you give us your personal information with your request;
  • Communicate with us by telephone, regular mail, email or our websites;

Your Additional Rights Regarding Your Personal Information

You have the right to be informed about why we collect, process and store your personal information, which this Privacy Policy describes above.

When you contact us, we may request information from you to enable us to confirm your identity. We will use reasonable means to confirm that the individual or entity that is making the request is you. If we cannot verify that the individual or entity making the request is you, we may deny the request.

There will be no charge to request and receive access to your personal information which we have collected about you. If we cannot provide you with access to your personal information, we will inform you of the permissible reasons why we may not be able to provide access.

In addition, we may not always be able to fulfill your request to your satisfaction. In some cases, we may be prohibited by law, agreement or legitimate interest to fully comply with your request. When those situations arise, we will inform you of why we are unable to fulfill your request.

A. Access.

Upon your request, we will provide you with access to the personal information we have collected about you.

B. Correction (also known as Rectification)

We attempt to be sure that your personal information in our possession is accurate, current and complete. C. Deletion (also known as the Right to be Forgotten)

Your Rights if You Live in the European Economic Area (“EEA”)

1. Data Controllers

The General Data Protection Regulation defines a “controller” as a person or entity which determines the purpose for processing personal information.

2. Transfers of personal information Outside the EEA

If you reside inside the EEA and we transfer your personal information outside the EEA, we will put in place one of the required safeguards so that the transfer complies with European data protection laws. We rely upon the European Commission's approved standard contractual clauses when transferring your personal information to a country, such as the United States, whose privacy laws are not seen as being adequate by the Commission. 3. Post-Mortem Rights

Where permitted by law, you may define guidelines as to the storage, erasure and communication of your personal information after your death. These guidelines may be general or specific.

Your Rights if You Live in California, USA

In addition to other rights already discussed in this Privacy Policy, if you live in California, as defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (“CCPA”), California law may provide you additional rights with respect to your personal information.

Any personal information we collect is collected for the commercial purpose of effectively providing our products and services to you, as well as enabling you to learn more about, and benefit from, our products and services.

We will not discriminate against you by denying you our products or services, charging different prices or rates to similarly situated customers or providing a different level or quality for our products or services.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. However, we may transfer your personal information to third parties where we do not receive a monetary payment.

Note: The CCPA defines “sell” as selling, releasing or disclosing your personal information for a monetary payment or something else of value received in return.

We may transfer your personal information to a third party Service Provider for business purposes, including:

  • Ownership of items we sell;
  • First and last name, business name, or bands name;
  • Personal Pictures;
  • Payment details (collected by a third party);
  • Gender, date of birth, and marital status;
  • Personal and business address, internet protocol addresses, email addresses, and telephone numbers;
  • Unique sign-in name (“Sign-In Name”), password (“Password”), and certain additional information that will assist in authenticating your identity when you log-in in the future (“Unique Identifiers”);
  • The amount of time during which you have had an account with us;
  • Browsing time, cookie information, website history, and social media account identifier;
  • and Pictures.

We do not transfer, or share, your personal information with third parties for their direct marketing purposes.

Note: The CCPA permits you to request from us additional information if we transfer or share your personal information with third parties for their direct marketing purposes.

Our websites do not respond to Do Not Track browser settings and we do not participate in any Do Not Track frameworks that would allow us to respond to you.

Please be aware that we do not sell personal information to third parties for monetary compensation.
